Full and complete payment for products must be received before products are sent to our customers. All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars and you will be charged in New Zealand Dollars only. EyeSpice currently accepts credit card payments by Visa and MasterCard. Debit cards featuring the Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted. Alternatively, you may deposit the payment directly into the EyeSpice Cosmetics bank account. You will be provided with this via Email, once your order has been received. If you choose to make a direct bank deposit, EyeSpice Cosmetics will appear on your bank statement.
At EyeSpice, we pride ourselves in providing you with exemplary service. Your order will be processed and sent to you the next business day following order completion.
2.1 Domestic orders
2.1.1 For New Zealand postal addresses, you should expect to receive your package within 2-3 business days following receipt of your payment. For international postal addresses, please refer to the international section of these terms and conditions.
The following postal costs apply within New Zealand:
- For orders where the purchased product adds up to $100NZD or more, these will be sent to you free of charge anywhere within New Zealand.
- For orders where the value of the purchased product adds up to less than $100NZD, a standard postage rate of $4.50 (to anywhere in New Zealand) will be added to your bill at checkout.
2.1.2 EyeSpice reserves the right to select the most appropriate postage option based on conditions specific to your order and location. All packages sent to our customers will be tracked, but no signature will be required on delivery. In the unfortunate event of a package that has not been delivered, EyeSpice will take responsibility to liaise with the postal company to ascertain why the package was undelivered. Our customers will be kept fully informed during this process and the agreed refunds or replacements will be made. For more on this, please refer to our Refunds, Returns and Replacements Policy in section 3.0.
2.1.3 EyeSpice will not be responsible for theft at an address that you provide us with. The purchaser accepts this risk when completing the order process. Once your package is delivered, our responsibility for that package ends. We will be happy to replace items that are lost in transit on the way to your address, or damaged items, but we cannot take responsibility for packages lost or stolen at your address.
2.2 International orders
2.2.1 International orders are currently only available to Australian customers. Your order will be processed and sent to you the next working day following order completion. You should expect to receive your package within 3-10 business days following the processing of your order.
The following postal costs apply for international orders:
- A standard rate of $10NZD will be added to your bill.
3.0 Refunds, Returns and Replacements
Only products purchased directly from EyeSpice are subject to this Refunds, Returns and Replacements Policy. If you have purchased products through any of our suppliers, please contact them directly for information regarding their return policies.
EyeSpice will not be responsible for theft at an address that you provide us with. The purchaser accepts this risk when completing the order process. 3.1.1 EyeSpice operates a limited refund policy. Any products that are returned must be unused and in their original state. Any products that have been used, or are not returned in their original state, will not be refunded. Please return goods* within 1 week of placing your order. Neglecting to do so may render us unable to provide you with a full refund. Your refund will be made once the returned products have been received by EyeSpice. If possible, please email EyeSpice** to advise that returned goods are on their way. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
3.2 Damaged Goods
3.2.1 All merchandise will be checked for quality before it is sent to our customers. Any products that arrive damaged should be returned to for immediate replacement. The cost of return postage will be refunded to the customer on receipt of the faulty products by EyeSpice*.
3.2.2 Please report any damaged products** immediately upon receipt, so that the appropriate claims can be filed with our postal company. Neglecting to do so and/or use of the products despite the damage, constitutes acceptance of the item in the condition it arrives in. This may render us unable to file the appropriate claim, which can result in the refusal of your return.
3.3 Undelivered Goods
3.3.1 Please report undelivered products** within 1 week of placing your order. Neglecting to do so may render us unable to file the appropriate claim with our postal company, which can result in the refusal of your replacement.

4.0 Goods & Services Tax and Customs Fees
New Zealand Goods & Services Tax (GST) is included in the price of all products. International Customers please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government.
